Beginning March 11th, then Weekly:
Wednesdays at 6pm: Restorative
This evening restorative practice is designed to gently release tired muscles, calm the nervous system, and support deep, sustainable rest. Through supported poses and steady breath, we’ll ease tension in both body and mind. Join us in a quiet, grounding atmosphere that offers a peaceful close to your day.

Beginning March 31st, then Weekly:
Tuesdays at 8 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow
A morning practice designed to move with your breath through traditional vinyasa sequences, awakening both body and mind. Arrive as you are and join us as we gently build heat, cultivate strength, and invite clarity, balance, and fluidity into the day ahead.

Thursdays at 8 am: Morning Hatha Power
A morning practice that blends the mindful alignment of traditional Hatha with the strength and flow of a power practice. This class moves at a steady, intentional pace, holding postures long enough to build strength, deepen awareness, and ignite the inner fire that transforms both body and mind. A moving meditation with strong standing sequences, core engagement, and balance work to increase stability, flexibility, and resilience.

Weekend Wake-Up Flow
Start your Saturday with movement that awakens your body and sharpens your focus. This dynamic flow class connects breath to movement, builds strength, increases mobility, and clears mental clutter. You’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and grounded — ready to take on whatever the weekend brings.
