The practice of awakening energy within to enhance well-being. This class offers pranayama, movement, and chanting.
A guided practice to enhance well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually, and environmentally. Meditation styles range from a variety of traditional techniques and combination of mindfulness. Mindfulness, single point of focus, breath awareness and control (pranayama), metta, vipassana, mantra and positive affirmation, qigong, guided visualization, and mind-body-soul connection are all techniques that may be invited but not limited to.
Providing health and balance of concentrated energy centers known as chakras to encourage and increase well-being using aromatherapy, color, music, vibration, chanting, movement, breath work, visuals, and meditation.

Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums, bells, and other harmonious instruments are used.
An ancient practice of yoga that systematically releases stress through deep relaxation and guided meditation that is beneficial on physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. This practice is a non-movement form of guided meditation.
NEW / FULL MOON MEDITATION
Once a month on the Saturday following the new moon and full moon a moon meditation, intention setting, fireside ceremony and offering will be tea or cacao held at Haum Meditation’s outdoor location off Sulpher Creek Road. Please bring blankets, warm clothes, journal, lawn chair and anything to sit comfortably outside in the elements.
ABOUT OUR HEALING, MEDITATION, & YOGA SPACE
HAUM MEDITATION can be found in the tranquil yoga room inside the Red Sands Hotel and Spa in Torrey, Utah with a full view overlooking the scenic landscape of southern Utah. Torrey is in the heart of Capitol Reef Nation Park red rock desert, Henry Mountain Range, Fish Lake National Forrest, and Boulder Mountain Range. Our outdoor practice space is located a couple miles past Torrey and offers an unforgettable experience engulfed in a deep rooted essence of nature. Ester L. Rogers is a passionate vinyasa instructor and yoga practitioner. She has been intently practicing yoga and meditation for 5 years, and teaching since going to teacher training in The Dalles, Oregon, in 2021. Her classes are primarily Vinyasa style yoga, and are catered towards various levels of practice, including beginners!
The yoga room is available to use outside of scheduled classes for personal yoga practice.
